Established in 2016, we specialise in building and renovating residential homes in and around the Cotswolds, within a 15 mile radius of Burford.
A love for the region, a passion for property and an ongoing ambition to raise the bar on people’s experience of the build process, inspired Cotswold Property. While the UK building industry has a lot to be proud of, our goal has always been to create a new standard in customer care - one focused on clear communication, responsiveness and transparency.

Renovation &
Refurbishment
Renovating and improving period houses is at the core of our offer.
We start with getting to know you and your property and will guide you through the project until every last detail is complete.
We undertake every aspect of the construction process, from groundworks through to decoration and finishing.
Your Project
Planning
We will be responsive and professional to your enquiry, in the first instance arranging a site visit to better discuss your need. Having established if we can help based on the scope of the project and what design detail you have, we will respond with a detailed tender for the works you require.
Project Management
Your site will be setup carefully and professionally, strictly in accordance with our Health & Safety responsibilities. You will be assigned a Site Manager to oversee the work on site and a Project Manager as your main point of contact, who will oversee the cost plan and programme. You will be sent weekly project updates and regular programme and budget updates according to the project duration.
We understand that as the build progresses, your ideas and aspirations may change as to the design, so we are flexible and responsive to changes to the original plan.
Finishing & Detail
We are proud of the level of finish we produce and will ensure you are satisfied with the result.
Any snagging or outstanding items are managed professionally and expediently. You will be provided a handover document detailing how everything works and the specification we have built to.
